The first time I entered the campus as a freshman, I was deeply attracted by her cultural atmosphere and historical connotation. Fudan is a graceful lady who is accustomed to serenity but meanwhile each action of hers outpours her innermost tern perament.
Apparently it is worth every effort to probe into her world for the sake of both physical and mental enrichment. Her humanistic spirit inspires me to care for everything around, even the most trivial one.
On the other hand, catching up with the times, Fudan is modern and smart. You see, the many age-old buildings here are actually great libraries and labs. Scientific and technological developrnent is easily smelt in the air,because she never lags behind the world.
Our university has first-level equipment and the most experienced teachers as well as the best students.
My campus activities are rich and consider it to be a honor that I've got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we can live wonderful lives in our campus!

often a discovery brings great joy to the person who makes it. you will certainly be delighted when you find the thing you have been looking for. you will be etremely happy when you one day realize that you have learned and mastered a skill or method which was almost too difficult for you at the beginning.
sometimes, however, discovery means regret or even pain. you witt feet great regret when you find that you have hurt one of your friends or one of your family members. you will surelybe disappointed when you discover that you failed in the eamination for which you have prepared for a tong time. joy or sorrow as it may bring, discovery is an integral part of our life.

Getting to Know the World outside the Campus It is necessary for college students to know the world outside the campus. This is because in this “Information Age” the society is developing so fast that we should keep pace with the progress of the outside world. Therefore, without knowledge of the outside world, it will be difficult for us to secure an ideal job after graduation; it will be more difficult for us to succeed in the near future. How to know the outside world? First of all, we should be well informed about what is happening around us with the help of mass media: radios, televisions, newspapers, the Internet, and so on. Moreover, we should do more practical social services so as to cultivate our social skills, widen our eyesight and enrich our social experience.
As for me, I plan to know the outside world in two aspects: study first to have a good command of knowledge. At the same time, I intend to hold a temporary job to know more about the outside world.

Our dormitory has four members. Besides me, there are Old Zhao, Young Zhao and Lily. As college students, our experiences are similar, and right now, we are all students of Law School. But in terms of character, we are totally different from each other.
Old Zhao is our common sister. She is very kind and considerate. She takes full responsibility of our dormitory. If sorne of us catch a cold, she will take good care of her. Whenever we are in trouble, we turn to her.
Young Zhao is a quiet girl. If there is a chat among us, she is always the one who says little but listens attentively. She has the admirable ability to do well in all kinds of examinations. We all agree that she is the example that we should learn from in studies.
Lily is just the opposite of Young Zhao. She is very talkative. We enjoy her cornpany because she has the sense of humor, which rnakes her talk extremely interesting. Where there is Lily, there is laughter.
Such are my three roommates. In spite of our different characters, we get on well with each other. Our dormitory has become our common home.
