I will talk about sports. I am a lovely boy. I like many kinds of sports, such as walking, running, swimming, climbing, cycling and skipping. Sports give me a good health and bring me a lot of fun. Now, I will tell you about my cycling sport. I often ride my bike when I am free. I like to ride my bike on a road. There are no cars and few people on the road. It is not very long. It is very good for cycling. When I ride down the slope, the bike runs very fast, and I feel like flying. It’s very good for me. Cycling gives me a lot of fun. Sports give me a strong body and bring me a lot of fun. If you want to be strong, please do sports; if you want to enjoy a happy life, please do sports, too.

The way to world’s future-low carbon life “low-carbon” is one of the most popular buzz-words in this year. Not only China but all countries focus on the topic of “low-carbon”.
Here, I’d like to share my own eperience abroad with you. Several years ago, I was very lucky to have an opportunity to live in the Australia about half a month. During that time, Not only did I enjoy the beautiful natural scenery there, but also I appreciated the people’s active way of protecting their environment. Now, whenever the environment protection is mentioned, the beautiful scenery of Australia will arise in my mind, white clouds flying across the blue sky, green grassplot sprinkled with colorful flowers and lovely squirrels playing happily among the trees. As a citizen of China, if everyone can actively protect the environment in our daily life and if we would like to reduce our carbon footprint, the scenery of blue sky, green grass and lovely animals in Australia will appear in China, even in HeFei. But I totally support the view, that is to say, Emotion without action is irrelevant! Do you unplug electronics after you use them? Do you switch off everything before you go to sleep? Do you adjust your TV screen a bit dimmer to save energy? Do you re-use water for different activities around the house? Each of these seemingly insignificant adjustments in your daily life can make a difference in saving the environment of tomorrow. We all know that nothing is more fortable than sitting in the warmth of a hearted car while it’s snowing and hailing outside in the freezing cold。But with global warming and even global cooling ing more pressing by the day, not to mention your own health, take a walk ,ride a bike ,reduce your carbon footprint on the environment .It is said that tiny streams can be bined into a vast ocean, small trees can be an immense forest, and every little makes a mickle. “low-carbon” is not just a buzz-word but a goal that people from all over the world wanna get. So, reduce carbon footprint! Reduce damage! Save energy! Save the world! Thanks for your listening.

Chinese dream was put forward by chairman xi last year in order to direct Chinese to a clear future.For the whole nation, it means increasing the level of living.For every single Chinese , it means realizing the value of lifeThe realization of the whole nation’s dream can not be separated from everybody’s own dream. Only by everyone’s efforts can we make the nationy’s dream e true. For our young people, we are supposed to have our own dream. What is dream? The famous Chinese economist LangXianPing has ever said that:”Please do not expect too munch about Chinese students, because they don’t have dream. They only want to find a mon job to earn money for a house or a car. They only have a target、purpose、or goal. They don’t have dream. Purpose is not dream. Dream is developed by your warm heart instead of cheating your eyes in the excuse of earning money! A dream is a clear spiritual lighthouse that gives out direction when you do not know what to expect in the days ahead and offers fort and support when you e doubtful of yourself. So, it’s time that we took our measures to fight for our Chinese dream! That’s all. Thank you!
